Green Smoothies for Beginners: Tools, Tips and a Recipe

Even though they might not look great, green smoothies really do taste yummy! I look forward to eating mine everyday. Plus, this is coming from a not-so-adventurous eater. So, I encourage you to at least give them a try! For me, I know I’m at least getting a healthy serving of fruits and veggies a day instead of putting a bunch of processed junk in my body.

Brunching 101: Essentials for Hosting a Fabulous Brunch Party

For the past couple months My Man and I have been joining a few other couples out for brunch on Sundays and we have been loving it. Especially during busy season, when we don’t have a lot of time or energy to devote to activities with friends, it’s a great way to get out of the house and catch up with our friends.
